On the morning of September 6, 2026, the Vinh CT-C Commercial, Service and High-Rise Residential Complex in Nghe An officially reached its topping-out milestone, marking the completion of a key phase of construction and further affirming CDC Construction’s capabilities as the General Contractor.

Mr. Nguyen Van Linh – Deputy General Director of CDC Construction – emphasized:
“The topping-out of Vinh CT-C is an important milestone, recognizing the efforts of CDC’s Site Management Team and all partners who have worked alongside us throughout the project implementation process.
For CDC, every completed milestone is a testament to our organizational capability, schedule management, quality standards, and commitment to the Investor.
In particular, the continued trust of the Investor – Military Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (MIPEC) – in selecting CDC to accompany them in subsequent projects is a meaningful recognition of the value we have built and delivered.”

This continued partnership is a testament to CDC Construction’s capabilities and to the growing trust between the two parties, as they work together toward delivering high-quality, efficient, and sustainable developments.
Built on a site area of 3,429.3 m², Vinh CT-C comprises 20 floors, including a 3-storey podium and a 17-storey tower, with a total of 246 apartments. The project is located within the urban and commercial service development in Truong Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province, and is being developed with integrated infrastructure, architecture, and landscaping, contributing to the modern urban landscape of Vinh.
