On October 25, 2026, CDC Construction, the project’s main contractor, held the topping-out ceremony for Northern Emerald (the mixed-use building within the Vinh Tuy Bridge Commercial, Office and Residential Complex), marking the successful completion of the building’s superstructure.
Developed by Song Hong Construction Joint Stock Company (Incomex), the project comprises 2 basement levels and 19 above-ground floors, with a total gross floor area of 42,223 m². It is located near Vinh Tuy Bridge in Long Bien, Hanoi.
From the initial construction works to the completion of its 19-story structure, Northern Emerald has faced numerous challenges throughout its construction journey. Through the dedication and tireless efforts of the Project Management Team, engineers, technical staff, and hundreds of workers on site, the project has successfully reached this significant milestone.
As the project enters the finishing stage, CDC Construction will continue to work closely with the Investor and relevant stakeholders, mobilizing resources to complete the remaining works while maintaining a strong focus on construction quality and safety.
