CDC Construction’s Summer Trip 2026 – Phase 1 at Cửa Lò Beach, Nghệ An has come to a close after an exciting three-day, two-night journey. More than just a relaxing getaway, the program offered meaningful experiences, recharged employees with fresh energy, and strengthened the bonds among colleagues after months of dedication across projects and construction sites.
Under the theme “United to Weather Every Wave,” the event brought together employees from the Head Office and project sites nationwide in a spirit of unity and collaboration. Divided into four fleets – Unity, Synergy, Aspiration, and Conquest – participants took part in a series of energetic beach teambuilding activities that required teamwork, coordination, determination, and a shared commitment to overcoming challenges.
The journey concluded with an emotional Gala Night featuring performances, networking activities, and an awards ceremony honoring outstanding teams. Beyond providing an opportunity to unwind after demanding work schedules, the event also created valuable moments for employees to connect, foster mutual understanding, and reinforce the strong team spirit that forms the foundation of CDC’s sustainable growth.
Speaking at the Gala Night, Mr. Trịnh Ngọc Thắng, Deputy General Director, shared:
“The Board of Management hopes that ‘United to Weather Every Wave’ will become more than just the theme of this summer trip. We hope it will inspire every CDC member in their daily work. Let us carry this renewed energy, solidarity, and determination back to our projects, overcome every challenge together, successfully deliver our projects, and conquer new milestones.”
