On the morning of March 14, 2026, CDC Construction Joint Stock Company (CDC Construction) held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Landmark 35 Project on Tran Hung Dao Street, Hong Gai Ward, Quang Ninh Province.
The ceremony took place in a formal atmosphere with the حضور of representatives from the consortium of project owners, including IGGHALONG Joint Stock Company and Global Invest Financial Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company, along with consultants, partners, and numerous invited guests.
Landmark 35 is a mixed-use complex of commercial services, offices, and high-end apartments, located in the central area of Hon Gai—considered a prime “golden land” of Ha Long City. With its modern design and integrated amenities, the project is expected to add high-quality living spaces while creating a new architectural highlight for the area.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Linh, Deputy General Director of CDC Construction, expressed his appreciation for being entrusted by the consortium of project owners as the main contractor. He affirmed that, with extensive experience in delivering large-scale projects, CDC will mobilize maximum resources, implement scientific construction methods, and ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards, contributing to the successful realization of the project’s development goals.
Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, CDC Construction officially commenced construction in accordance with the planned schedule. Upon completion, Landmark 35 is expected to become a new architectural landmark in the center of Ha Long City, contributing to the enhancement of the urban landscape and providing a modern living environment for residents.
