On July 1, 2026, A&T Group, the project developer, officially held the A&T Sky Garden Apartment Handover Ceremony, welcoming the first homeowners and marking a significant milestone in the project’s journey toward full operation.

Representing CDC Construction, the project’s main contractor, Mr. Trinh Ngoc Thang, Deputy General Director, and Mr. Hoang Ngoc Lam, Project Manager, attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony, celebrating the successful completion of the construction phase through dedication, professionalism, and determination.

Developed with CDC Construction serving as the main contractor, A&T Sky Garden comprises two basement levels, 40 above-ground floors, and nearly 1,000 apartments, complemented by a comprehensive range of amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, kindergarten, commercial and service areas, and community spaces, offering residents a modern and convenient living environment.
