From July 7 to July 9, the staff of CDC Construction JSC, from both the Office and Construction divisions, embarked on an exciting journey to the sunny, windy, and sandy land of Quang Binh with its blue seas. During the three days there, CDC members had many fascinating experiences: visiting Bai Da Nhay, Quang Binh Quan – Tuong Dai Me Suot, and exploring Song Chay – Hang Toi.

Especially on the afternoon of July 7, all staff participated in a lively teambuilding activity, embodying the spirit: Work hard – Play hard. This year’s games were designed by the organizing committee to meet two criteria:

+ Shortening the distance and reducing the shyness among members, increasing interdepartmental cohesion;

+ Conveying messages about CDC’s Vision – Mission – Core Values, along with the four current strategic actions of CDC.

All aimed at building a strong, cohesive CDC team; each member understands the organization they are dedicating themselves to, so they can work together to take CDC to new heights.

During the Gala night, in his opening speech, Mr. Tran Van Truong, General Director of the company, expressed his emotion seeing the enthusiastic CDC team in Quang Binh. He also shared the company’s future directions, the values CDC is building, and did not forget to thank the CDC family for always “Going Together.”

Closing a brilliant summer, each CDC member seemed to be re-energized, filled with renewed enthusiasm. We are ready to return to the daily work routine, ready to strive together for a stronger and more prosperous CDC.
