On the morning of April 19, 2022, CDC Construction Joint Stock Company, along with Archivina Construction Technology Investment & Consulting Joint Stock Company and VIDC Investment Construction Joint Stock Company, celebrated the grand opening of their Southern regional representative office. The new office is located at No. 8 Dong Van Cong Street, Ward Binh Trung Tay, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. The ceremony was graced by the presence of distinguished guests and featured heartfelt congratulations from numerous partners from across the country.

During the opening speeches, representatives from Archivina, CDC, and VIDC shared their enthusiastic views on the decision to enter the Southern market. They collectively expressed a belief that “Together we stand strong,” anticipating that this collaboration in Ho Chi Minh City would bring fresh impetus to the architectural and construction sector in the region, and soon establish a robust presence in this new market.

Representatives from CDC, Archivina, and VIDC jointly cut the inauguration ribbon, marking a significant milestone for all three firms which have enjoyed a close and fruitful partnership over the years. Having established a strong position in the Northern market, the leaders of these companies decided in 2022 to realize their ambition of expanding southwards, hence setting up the office at this strategically chosen location which boasts ample space, convenient transport links, and ease of engagement with local partners.

At the event, Mr. Tran Van Truong, General Director of CDC Construction JSC, commented: “The real estate market in the Southern provinces is very dynamic, hence the construction demand is always high. For CDC Construction Joint Stock Company, establishing an operational office in Ho Chi Minh City is part of a new decade-long strategic development plan. 2022 has been identified by the company’s leadership as a pivotal year for setting larger goals.
