On the morning of March 4, 2022, at the headquarters of CDC Hanoi Joint Stock Company, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony and kick-off event titled “Building Corporate Management Strategy” were successfully held.

The event was organized both in-person, at the large Fansipan meeting room, and virtually, at the offices of various projects. Attending the ceremony were a delegation of strategy consultants led by Mr. Ngo Quy Nham, a senior strategy consultant, along with the leadership of CDC Hanoi and managers from various departments and projects.

Opening the ceremony, Mr. Ngo Tan Long, Chairman of the Board of CDC Hanoi, emphasized: “From the very beginning of our establishment, the Board of Directors agreed that we must develop our own forward-looking development strategy to quickly gain a competitive edge and establish our position in the industry as soon as possible. Over time, these strategies have proven to be entirely correct.”

Over more than a decade of formation and development, CDC Hanoi has established a solid market presence and is known as one of the reputable general contractors in Vietnam, particularly in Hanoi.

In this new phase, the leadership of CDC Hanoi reaffirmed their determination to move quickly and go further under the newly mentioned theme for the spring season of Nhâm Dần: “Speed and Breakthrough.” To actualize this, the Board of Directors has decided to make building a corporate management strategy a top priority, aligning with the national context.

Mr. Ngo Quy Nham, the strategy consultant, provided insights to help the management and officers of CDC Hanoi visualize initial steps in enterprise management in the era of Industry 4.0. He highlighted that digital transformation is a crucial element for effectively building and implementing a corporate management strategy. Indeed, CDC Hanoi is already undergoing a robust digital transformation—a favorable foundation for synchronizing with the strategic management and business development plans ahead.

Simultaneously with the signing ceremony for building the corporate management strategy, a kick-off event for the same program was held, receiving enthusiastic participation from all members of the leadership and management staff.

With this new strategy, CDC Hanoi anticipates groundbreaking developments in the near future.
