This activity is a hallmark of CDC Ha Noi, conducted quarterly to reaffirm the brand credibility of CDChn—a brand trusted by investors. Since its inaugural session in July 2020, the “CDC 5-star Construction” evaluation program has demonstrated its excellence.

According to the plan for the “CDC 5-star Construction Evaluation – Q4/2021”, on December 25, an Evaluation Team comprising representatives from relevant departments conducted surveys, real-time observations, and comprehensive guidance at construction sites such as Binh Minh Garden, Mipec Rubik 360, Hibrand Van Phu, BID Residence, and others.
The projects were evaluated based on a set of five criteria:
– Star 1: Image – Brand
– Star 2: Labor Safety
– Star 3: Working Environment
– Star 4: Quality, Schedule
– Star 5: Cost-Efficiency, Effectiveness.
Each main category includes various detailed sub-categories, which serve as the basis for the final results. These results ensure absolute accuracy and fairness for all of CDC Ha Noi’s projects.
The Evaluation Team thoroughly inspected the facilities at the construction sites. All tools and equipment at the sites must ensure smooth operation, with timely rectification in case of malfunctions or damages. The CDC 5-star Construction Evaluation Team discussed and summarized the points.
After a serious and impartial working session, the CDC Ha Noi task force recorded mostly positive outcomes: 100% of the projects were on schedule; facilities were fully functional, safe, and operated efficiently; alongside a few details needing improvement, which, however, did not significantly impact the overall results of the projects.
The task force concluded their session as the construction site kitchen was ablaze with activity, and the aroma of the evening meal began to spread. After a long day’s work, we realized there was a strange allure coming from the small kitchen of the large construction site. It was exceptionally clean. Everything was tidy and well-organized. The friendly cook (as called by the construction workers) particularly stood out. There was an indescribable scent in that kitchen, powerful enough to soothe the hunger and homesickness of many workers far from home!
