Over the weekend of October 17–18, 2026, the women of CDC Construction had the opportunity to put aside their daily responsibilities at work and home to enjoy a two-day, one-night retreat in Ba Vi – where deadlines and everyday worries gave way to laughter, joy, and relaxation.
Surrounded by the refreshing mountain air and gentle mist, the women of CDC shared wonderful moments together, singing their favorite songs, exchanging playful jokes, and laughing wholeheartedly. From delightful surprises and thoughtful gifts to countless joyful moments, the trip was filled with happiness beyond words.
Although the journey has come to an end, the laughter, warm embraces, and beautiful memories will surely be cherished and talked about for a long time. More than a special gift for Vietnamese Women’s Day, the retreat offered an opportunity for the women of CDC to strengthen their connections, share experiences, and deepen their understanding of one another. These are also the values that CDC Construction’s leadership continues to nurture in building a united, supportive, and caring workplace.
