On the morning of July 21, 2026, Peninsula Da Nang officially celebrated its topping-out ceremony at Le Van Duyet Street, Son Tra Ward, Da Nang City, marking a significant milestone in the project’s construction journey.

The ceremony was held in a formal atmosphere with the participation of representatives from Dong Do Peninsula Da Nang Co., Ltd. (the Developer), CDC Construction (the Main Contractor), consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, business partners, as well as the engineers, supervisors, and construction workers directly involved in the project.

During the ceremony, the project successfully completed the structural works acceptance, marking an important achievement that reflects the dedication and close collaboration of the Developer, CDC Construction, and all project partners throughout the construction process.

CDC Construction is confident that, under the close direction of the management team and the strong cooperation among all stakeholders, Peninsula Da Nang will continue to progress smoothly through the remaining construction phases and be completed for handover to the Developer as planned.

Peninsula Da Nang comprises two 30-storey towers, three basement levels, and a total gross floor area of approximately 112,000 m², with a typical floor area of 1,550 m². CDC Construction serves as the Main Contractor for the project.

Upon completion, Peninsula Da Nang is expected to become one of the city’s premier luxury residential developments, boasting a prime location along the Han River with panoramic views of the Han River, My Khe Beach, and Son Tra Peninsula, contributing a new architectural landmark to Da Nang City.
