On the afternoon of April 13, 2026, at CDC Headquarters, CDC Construction Joint Stock Company and IFT Investment Finance & Technology Security Joint Stock Company officially signed a framework agreement for strategic cooperation, marking a strong partnership between the two enterprises in the investment and construction of civil and industrial projects.
IFT operates in real estate investment and industrial park development, currently implementing and expanding numerous projects nationwide. CDC is a Grade I general contractor and ranks among the Top 10 leading construction contractors in Vietnam, with 15 years of experience delivering large-scale projects across the country.
The establishment of this strategic partnership not only reflects alignment in development orientation but also represents a selective combination of proven investment and construction capabilities. IFT will take the lead in project development, while CDC will directly manage and execute construction works. This collaboration ensures projects are implemented systematically, efficiently, and with enhanced value for each development.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Ngo Tan Long, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CDC Construction, expressed his appreciation for the partnership and affirmed:
“CDC will accompany IFT from the preparation stage, actively participate throughout the implementation process, and closely control every phase to ensure each project achieves optimal efficiency and maximizes value for investors.”
