On the morning of April 7, 2026, CDC Construction Joint Stock Company (CDC Construction) held the groundbreaking ceremony for the My Dinh Pearl Phase 3 Project in Hanoi, officially commencing the next phase of construction within the overall My Dinh Pearl complex.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the leadership from all parties involved, including the Project Owner – Vietnam Oil and Gas Real Estate Joint Stock Company (SSG Group); the Supervision Consultant – Vietnam National Construction Consultants Corporation (VNCC); the Main Contractor – CDC Construction Joint Stock Company; along with partners, suppliers, and staff from various departments and project teams.

Speaking at the event, a representative of the Project Owner stated that My Dinh Pearl is envisioned as a “green pearl” in the heart of western Hanoi. Given the high requirements for quality and progress, the Project Owner has selected reputable, capable, and experienced contractors in the construction industry to participate in the project, with CDC serving as the main contractor for Phase 3.

Representing CDC Construction, Mr. Trinh Ngoc Thang, Deputy General Director, expressed sincere appreciation for the trust placed by the Project Owner. He affirmed that CDC will mobilize maximum resources, implement well-structured construction plans, and strictly control safety, quality, and progress to ensure the project is delivered on schedule, contributing to the creation of a modern, green, and sustainable living environment for future residents.

My Dinh Pearl Phase 3 (Pearl 3) is part of the My Dinh Pearl complex, located in the central My Dinh area in western Hanoi. The project is developed as an urban resort-style apartment model, integrating a full range of amenities such as commercial areas, healthcare services, spa, yoga, swimming pool, and community spaces, aiming to enhance residents’ quality of life.
According to the planning, the project has a total land area of 38,000 m², a construction density of 18.25%, and includes one 38-story tower with two interconnected basement levels. Upon completion, the project is expected to further complete the My Dinh Pearl urban complex and contribute to the urban development of western Hanoi.
