On the morning of February 21, CDC Construction JSC solemnly held the Ground-breaking Ceremony for the construction package: “Structural construction and architectural finishing of the high-rise and adjacent blocks” of the Mixed-Use Housing Project 107 Nguyen Tuan – VIHA COMPLEX. This was the first Ground-breaking Ceremony of the new year 2023, kicking off many exciting activities for CDC in the Year of the Cat.
The ceremony was attended by representatives from the investor – the joint venture of Thong Nhat Printing and Trading JSC & Xuan Loc Tho Co., Ltd.; the project management consultant – National University of Civil Engineering Consultancy Co., Ltd.; the supervision consultant – Texo Consultancy and Investment JSC; the contractor – CDC Construction JSC; along with representatives from suppliers, labor contractors, the project management board, and employees from all units.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quang Doai, representative of the investor (Thong Nhat Printing and Trading JSC), congratulated CDC on becoming the contractor for the structural and finishing works of the project. He also shared the joint venture investor’s expectations for the project, hoping that in the near future, Thanh Xuan district, the city, and its residents will have another premium living project, Viha Complex.
