On the morning of July 26, CDC Construction JSC officially held the Ground-breaking Ceremony for the Hinode Suite project, a mixed-use building for office rental and residential apartments, at 28A Pham Hung. In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, representatives from the investor Thang Long Development and Investment Construction JSC, the supervision consultant Texo Consulting and Investment JSC, and the contractor CDC Construction JSC shared their confidence in each other’s capabilities and reputations, aiming for a successful collaboration on the project.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Khac Thinh, Deputy General Director of CDC Construction, thanked the investor for choosing CDC as the contractor for the project and committed: “With our proven reputation and capability demonstrated in numerous projects over the past 12 years, CDC pledges to execute the project safely, on schedule, and deliver a high-quality finished product to the investor.”

25 floors above ground, 3 basement levels, Built on a land area of 4,824 m², Total construction floor area: 61,817 m². Hinode Suite is located in the prime area of Nam Tu Liem, on one of Hanoi’s main arteries. According to the Hanoi Development Plan for 2030, with a vision to 2050, the project’s location will become a new central area of the capital, housing many important governmental bodies.
