On the morning of September 15, at Ngoc Thanh Commune (Phuc Yen – Vinh Phuc), CDC Construction JSC successfully held the Ground-breaking Ceremony for the Complex: Clubhouse, Information Center, Chairman Villa, part of the Thanh Xuan Valley Project. The project is invested by BIM Real Estate JSC (BIM Land – a member of BIM Group).
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the leadership from all parties: the investor BIM Land, the project management and supervision consultant Artelia Vietnam Co., Ltd., and the main contractor CDC Construction JSC.
In his speech at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Hung, Deputy General Director and member of the Board of Directors of Thanh Xuan JSC, emphasized: “The project has unique characteristics and poses many challenges for the contractor; however, after evaluating the capabilities, BIM Land trusts and assigns the package of three large subdivisions, requesting the contractor to ensure absolute safety in labor, fire prevention, environmental sanitation in the construction area, and to implement the project on schedule…”
Responding to the investor’s expectations, Mr. Tran Van Truong, General Director of CDC Construction JSC, affirmed: “With the reputation built and maintained over the past 11 years, CDC guarantees to meet the requirements from the investor. The wishes and demands of the investor are also the principles that CDC never overlooks when constructing any project. This is one of the reasons why CDC has been able to grow and expand rapidly to its current status.”
From the project management and supervision consultant side, Mr. Melvin Nomos, Project Management Expert, shared that he would accompany the investor and contractor to bring the project to successful completion on time and with the expected quality – as the Artelia brand has done worldwide for nearly 30 years.
The ground-breaking ceremony was successfully held, marking the first collaboration between CDC and two major entities: BIM Land and Artelia (a leading group from France).
Thanh Xuan Valley belongs to BIM Land’s line of high-end resort products, built on an area of nearly 200 hectares, located near two major projects in Vinh Phuc: TMS Vinh Yen and Flamingo Dai Lai, forming a premium resort complex around Dai Lai Lake. The project is about 40km north of Hanoi.
Scope of the 3 subdivisions CDC is responsible for constructing:
+ Information Center: 2 floors, 1 attic, area: 3,200 m²/floor
+ Clubhouse: 1 basement, 1 ground floor, 1 attic. Area: 6,700 m²/floor
+ Chairman Villa: 2 basements, 2 floors. Area: 4,000 m²/floor
