On the morning of August 13, CDC Construction JSC held the Ground-breaking Ceremony for the Vlasta – Sam Son project. The project, invested by Van Phu – Invest JSC, is located in Quang Hung and Quang Dai communes, Sam Son city, Thanh Hoa province.

The ceremony took place under favorable conditions, with the presence of the “Three Elements: Heaven’s Timing – Earth’s Advantage – Human Harmony” (as just one day before, Thanh Hoa and most northern provinces experienced heavy rain due to the influence of storm Mulan).

Attending the Vlasta – Sam Son Ground-breaking Ceremony were representatives from various entities: the investor Van Phu – Invest, the supervision consultant IBST Construction Technology and Investment JSC, CDC Construction JSC’s leadership, and representatives from contractors Hoa Lam and Giang Long, along with numerous employees from all parties.

Construction JSC, affirmed: “CDC is honored to be trusted by Van Phu – Invest to undertake a significant project like Vlasta – Sam Son. With our proven construction capabilities and reputation from previous projects, bringing the project to completion on schedule is a commitment that CDC intends to fulfill.” Currently, in the low-rise housing segment (townhouses, villas), in addition to Vlasta – Sam Son, CDC is also constructing the Mipec Vinh Heritage project in Vinh city, Nghe An province.

Vlasta – Sam Son is a high-end product line by Van Phu – Invest. The project covers an area of 25.59 hectares, offering nearly 600 valuable products to the market, adjacent to a coastline of nearly 1km. Vlasta – Sam Son is developed with seven main types, including a chain of villas, hotels, commercial centers, and various service amenities.
