Consistently winning bids for high-value projects demonstrates CDC’s verified construction capabilities. This is reflected in the thriving business results, with continuous growth in revenue and profit, alongside numerous accolades achieved over the years.

At the end of July, CDC Construction JSC (CDC) attended the 3rd Commendation Ceremony for Outstanding Units, Enterprises, Entrepreneurs, and Intellectuals in 2022. The program was organized by the Vietnam UNESCO Associations in collaboration with the Center for Enterprise and Brand Development under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations.

This event is a meaningful cultural and economic commendation, encouraging enterprises, entrepreneurs, and intellectuals to overcome difficulties, enrich themselves, and help the community develop. Representing CDC, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Tuan, Deputy General Director, was honored to receive the title of Top 10 Outstanding Enterprises in Vietnam in 2022.

The title of Top 10 Outstanding Enterprises in Vietnam in 2022 partly affirms CDC’s reputation, brand, and the recognition by society of CDC’s contributions to the country’s overall development. Once again, CDC asserts its position as one of the leading construction companies with a reputation for quality and brand value in each project.

Currently, CDC is the general contractor for numerous projects across various provinces and cities nationwide: Lang Son, Hai Phong, Bac Giang, Hai Duong, Thai Binh, Hanoi, Da Nang, Binh Dinh, Nha Trang, Binh Thuan, among others. The projects are always ensured in terms of safety, quality, and progress, and are highly trusted and evaluated by customers and partners, such as: Mipec Vinh Heritage, Hibrand Van Phu, Binh Minh Garden.

In early April 2022, CDC held the Ground-breaking Ceremony for the Calla Apartment High-rise Commercial Housing project in Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh province). At the beginning of the year, CDC’s bidding activities were vibrant, winning many significant projects. In mid-April 2022, the company won a large-scale project in Thanh Hoa, invested by CGM Construction and Investment JSC (part of Van Phu – Invest). Most recently, CDC won the bid for the foundation and basement construction package of The Charm An Hung project, invested by An Hung Urban Investment JSC.

Winning consecutive bids for high-value projects demonstrates CDC’s verified construction capabilities. This is reflected in the thriving business results in recent years. Despite challenges from the pandemic and some impact on construction activities at the sites, CDC’s total revenue and profit have consistently grown year by year. From 2019 to 2021, the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of revenue and profit after tax reached 32.27% and 59.04%, respectively. The company’s leadership aims for a revenue target of 2,500 billion VND for 2022.

With these achievements, it is no surprise that CDC was listed in the Top 500 Fastest Growing Enterprises in Vietnam 2022, organized by Vietnam Report in collaboration with Vietnamnet in April. Additionally, the company was honored in two major categories: VNR500 (Top 500 largest private enterprises in Vietnam 2021) and Top 50 Vietnam Best Growth (Top 50 fastest growing enterprises in Vietnam 2022).

To achieve these accomplishments, Mr. Ngo Tan Long, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CDC, stated: “The leadership of CDC has developed a unique strategy to simultaneously accomplish two tasks: firmly protecting the achievements of the first 10 years, and continuing to build and promote for the next 10 years. CDC people are simple, but they certainly will not allow themselves to fade in the face of circumstances.”

The head of CDC also candidly shared the ambition to elevate CDC to the top tier of the most reputable construction companies in Vietnam within the next 1-3 years. He said: “The leadership of CDC has designated 2022 as the year for the company to accelerate and transform. From the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022, we have been gradually following the set roadmap: from moving to our own new headquarters to expanding the CDC brand, advancing further into the central and southern provinces…”
