On the morning of January 17, in Thuan An City (Binh Duong Province), the investor A&T Vietnam Technical Trading Investment JSC solemnly held the Ground-breaking Ceremony for the A&T Sky Garden Luxury Apartments Project. The general contractor, CDC Construction JSC, along with related units including supervision consultants, project development units, and banks, attended the ceremony, affirming their commitment to effective cooperation to successfully complete the project.
Following The Muse Da Nang project (ground-breaking on December 20, 2023), A&T Sky Garden is the second project that CDC Construction JSC will implement in 2024 as the general contractor.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Truong, General Director of CDC, expressed his honor that CDC continues to be trusted by investors on their journey to the south. He shared: “Along with the honor always comes the significant responsibility placed on the general contractor and the project management team. However, with our established capabilities, CDC commits to ensuring safe construction, on-time progress, and creating a project of long-lasting and sustainable value with the investor.”
A&T Sky Garden is a luxury apartment project located in Lai Thieu Ward – Thuan An City – Binh Duong Province. The project covers an area of 7,684 m², comprising two towers of 40 floors each, with 2 basements, and a total construction floor area of 106,895.3 m².
