On the afternoon of April 1, CDC Construction JSC had the honor of welcoming a delegation from GIC Vietnam to present the certifications for the Environmental Management System – ISO 14001:2015 and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System – ISO 45001:2018.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Tran Van Truong, General Director of CDC Construction JSC, expressed his gratitude to GIC Vietnam for their support over the past five years. He shared: “Quality, safety, and environmental sanitation have always been top priorities for CDC during the construction of projects. Achieving ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and previously ISO 9001:2015, demonstrates CDC’s continuous efforts to improve our systems to meet international standards. This is also a commitment to our Partners and Customers regarding the quality of CDC’s services; a commitment to our employees for a safe and healthy working environment; and a reflection of CDC’s social responsibility towards environmental issues…”

On behalf of GIC Vietnam, Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Certification Council of GIC Vietnam, congratulated CDC on meeting the requirements to receive the ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications. He also emphasized that GIC Vietnam always supports businesses in general, and CDC in particular, in improving and enhancing their management systems.

At the ceremony, GIC Vietnam also awarded Internal Auditor Certificates to 17 CDC employees who successfully passed the recent evaluation.
