This morning, October 23, CDC Construction Joint Stock Company officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Phenikaa University Construction Project: Buildings D4 and D5. Attending the ceremony were representatives from the leadership of all stakeholders: the Project Owner – Phenikaa University, the Supervisory Consultant – Construction Technology, Equipment and Inspection Consultancy Joint Stock Company (Coninco), the Construction Contractor – CDC Construction Joint Stock Company, as well as suppliers, subcontractor teams, and project staff.
This is the second groundbreaking ceremony conducted by CDC in October
In his speech at the event, Mr. Luu Cong An, Deputy General Director of Phenikaa Group, stated that Phenikaa carefully selects contractors and supervisory consultants for any investment project. After thorough evaluation, Phenikaa chose two highly reputable firms in the industry: CDC and Coninco. The completion of these two buildings will contribute to the overall campus development of Phenikaa University.
On behalf of the construction contractor, Mr. Nguyen Huu Bang, Deputy General Director of CDC Construction Joint Stock Company, expressed gratitude for the trust placed by the project owner. He also shared CDC’s pride in successfully carrying out several important milestones in October, including the groundbreaking of Thuong Cat Market (Long Bien) and the early completion of the basement structure for the A&T Sky Garden project (Binh Duong). He affirmed CDC’s commitment to executing the Phenikaa University project on schedule, with guaranteed safety and quality, and to building a modern, convenient environment for the university’s staff and students.
The Phenikaa University Construction Project – Buildings: Dormitory D4 & Mixed-Use Service Housing D5 – is located in Yen Nghia – Duong Noi Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City.
Project Scale:
– Two buildings: D4 and D5 – each comprising 15 above-ground floors, 1 shared basement, and a 3-storey podium block
– Land area: 7,200.11 m²
– Total gross floor area: 34,413.59 m²
