On the afternoon of October 29, 2021, a contract signing ceremony for the construction of the Calla Apartment project in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh province, was officially held between the investor Armo Development Joint Stock Company and the construction contractor CDC Ha Noi Joint Stock Company.
The contract signing ceremony was conducted with formality yet warmth and intimacy, attended by leaders and staff from both sides at the headquarters of CDC Ha Noi Joint Stock Company.
The Calla Apartment project is located in the Vung Chua green urban area, in the Ghenh Rang ward of Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh province (behind Big C Supermarket and adjacent to MeGa Market). With a land area of 3,067 square meters, the project is designed with one basement and 29 floors, providing the market with 467 apartments and 16 commercial shophouses.
