On the morning of August 11, 2020, CDC Hanoi Joint Stock Company, the main contractor, together with the project investor IDJ and project developer Apec Group, successfully held the topping-out ceremony of the Apec Mandala Wyndham Hai Duong project. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Tran Van Truong – General Director of CDC Hanoi, representatives of the investor and project developer, the supervision consultancy team, and staff working at the project site.
