On the evening of January 12, nearly 500 staff members (CBNV) of CDC Construction JSC (from both the Office and Construction divisions) gathered for what can be described as the most explosive event of the year: the Year End Party 2022: Tet of Affection – Spring of Unity. From various construction sites across the country, including project management teams thousands of kilometers away from Hanoi in places like Nha Trang, Quy Nhon, and Da Nang, everyone arranged their work to come together under the common roof of CDC.
In his opening speech, Mr. Ngo Tan Long, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CDC Construction JSC, emotionally stated: “This year’s year-end theme, ‘Tet of Affection – Spring of Unity,’ holds a lot of significance. Most importantly, it embodies the Vietnamese cultural essence and the sentiments that the company’s leadership wishes to convey to all employees: In any situation, even the toughest times, as long as the collective remains closely bonded and united, we firmly believe that this is the most powerful key to unlocking all the doors that the company aspires to open.”
The head of the company concluded by extending New Year greetings to all guests and employees and their families, while also expressing gratitude to the team: “Thanks to each CDC member here, our CDC collective has been able to stand strong amidst the challenges of 2022 and will continue to bravely face any challenges in the new year 2023.”
Throughout the party, CDC members experienced a full range of emotions, from one surprise to another, with the exciting CDC’s Got Talent 2022 competition and a truly explosive Lucky Draw program.
The evening ended with resounding applause. The afterglow of the party, with performances like “The Old Lady’s Dance,” “Full Tet,” and “Song of the Worker,” will surely linger in the hearts of every CDC member this Tet season.
