On the evening of January 31, 2024, the Year End Party 2023 for the CDC family with the theme “Unity – Creates Success” officially took place in Hanoi. 400 CDC members from across the North, Central, and South regions gathered to share the special moments of the year-end celebration together.
At the party, the leadership team expressed their gratitude to all CDC employees for being present. Alongside highlighting the notable achievements of the year, the leadership also shared the company’s plans and goals for the upcoming period. To successfully achieve the 2024 objectives, the leadership emphasized the message: “Unity – Creates Success.”

With the program “CDC – In Search of Stars,” the first core value: QUALITY was showcased. The CDC family experienced a range of emotions with 10 spectacular and impressive performances in the “In Search of Stars” program. Witnessing the special moments on stage, we felt as if it was the stage of professional performers. We were amazed by the hidden talents that were revealed. After the program, we confidently affirmed to each other that the construction officers and engineers are not at all dry.
The second core value: INNOVATION: During the “In Search of Stars” program, the judging panel introduced a new scoring method. The organizing committee innovated the content of the program. This year, CDC not only held an art competition but also searched for the brightest stars in the CDC “universe.”
The third core value: COMMITMENT: The organizing committee committed to providing a warm atmosphere and a truly memorable year-end program for all employees. After the party, what the CDC members took home were the joys and beautiful memories that are hard to forget. For the first time, 400 CDC members joined their voices in the song “Road to Glory,” creating the sound of unity across the entire company.
At the end of the Year End Party 2023, the CDC family joined hands to form a large circle. This symbolized that the CDC members had completed a full circle in 2023. The year 2024 will be a new cycle with many opportunities and challenges ahead. The CDC family is always ready to embark on new journeys, determined to continue with UNITY – CREATES SUCCESS!
