On the morning of June 4th, at its headquarters, CDC Construction Company held a networking event for distinguished teams. This meeting served as an open forum for parties to freely and candidly share perspectives and suggestions. The event saw participation from the company’s management, construction team directors, specialists from related departments, and nearly 40 representatives of teams that have consistently collaborated with CDC on various projects.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Tran Van Truong, CEO of CDC Construction, stated, “By organizing this meeting with exemplary teams, we aim to enhance mutual understanding and foster long-term, robust relationships between CDC and its teams.” The CEO also acknowledged the teams’ contributions over time and emphasized that “fairness” is a critical element that CDC prioritizes in its collaborations.

Mr. Hoang Ngoc Tuan, Vice President, affirmed, “Each team is an indispensable part of the success of every CDC construction project. Therefore, CDC always provides the best possible mechanisms and policies for the teams.”

During the session, representatives from CDC’s specialized departments such as the Construction Management and Logistics departments clearly outlined the company’s policies. They, along with the executive management, addressed any concerns the teams had about their collaboration.
