On the weekend of March 26–27, 2022, CDC Hanoi Joint Stock Company (CDChn) successfully held Part 1 of the Business Strategy Development and Implementation Training Program at Flamingo Dai Lai Resort, Vinh Phuc. The event was attended by the Company’s Board of Directors and department/project managers.
Following the Partnership Signing and Kick-Off Ceremony for the “Corporate Strategy Development Program” held on March 4, 2022, at CDC Hanoi’s headquarters, these two initial training sessions marked the official start of a comprehensive training roadmap collaboratively designed by CDC Hanoi’s leadership and strategic consulting experts.
Early on March 26, the delegation from CDC Hanoi and the consulting team gathered promptly at Flamingo Dai Lai Resort. Fully aware of the vital role that business strategy plays in enterprise growth, the participants showed great enthusiasm, especially as the training location moved beyond the confines of the office to a more inspiring, natural environment.
The two-day training focused on several key issues, such as: the emerging business landscape where technology plays a central role; and how companies need to adapt to enhance competitiveness in the digital era. Throughout the sessions, participants engaged in lively discussions and interactive exchanges. The outcomes were highly positive: the team gained a solid understanding of strategic thinking and its significance—resonating with the famous quote, “Direction is more important than speed.”
In addition to learning, the CDChn team had time to unwind and immerse themselves in nature, enjoying contemporary art exhibits and valuable artworks displayed at the resort. This change of environment reaffirmed the Company’s commitment to the wellbeing and growth of its employees—particularly its management team, who play a crucial role in CDC Hanoi’s continued success.
