On the evening of May 31, at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel, BCI Central held the prestigious BCI Asia Awards 2024 ceremony. CDC Construction JSC was honored to be awarded as one of the Top 10 Leading Construction Contractors in Vietnam for 2024.
The BCI Asia Awards is a prestigious award dedicated to enterprises in the Real Estate – Architecture – Construction industry. Organized annually by BCI Central since 2015, the awards cover seven countries and territories in Asia: Vietnam, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. Over its 19-year history, the BCI Asia Awards have been highly regarded by both domestic and international organizations for their scale and credibility.
2024 marks the first year that BCI has introduced a category honoring construction contractors. After rigorous evaluation and assessment rounds by the organizing committee, CDC Construction JSC met all the criteria to be listed in the TOP 10 Leading Construction Contractors in Vietnam for 2024.
The ranking criteria for contractors by BCI Central include:
- Total construction value of all projects under construction commenced between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2023.
- Projects registered with Green certifications such as LEED, Lotus, Green Mark, Green Star, EDGE: double the coefficient.
- Project types including Office/Headquarters, Hotels/Resorts, Industrial/Factories: double the coefficient.
With a development strategy that has led the company to be among the Top 50 Best Growth Enterprises in Vietnam for three consecutive years, and continuously in the Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam (evaluated by Vietnam Report), CDC Construction JSC has solidified its position in the industry. After more than 13 years of formation and development, the CDC brand has spread across the Northern, Central, and Southern regions of Vietnam, earning the trust of investors.
By understanding market and customer needs, CDC has completed projects that, once operational, have proven to be safe and sustainable, receiving recognition from investors and enthusiastic reception from residents.
Currently, CDC is the general contractor for two major projects: A&T Sky Garden (Binh Duong) and The Muse (Da Nang). The company successfully topped out The Charm project at the end of March 2024 (comprising two 30-story towers and three basements). CDC continues to execute plans for other high-rise and low-rise residential projects. This year, CDC is expanding its construction portfolio to include infrastructure, industrial buildings, and factories.
