And so, on the afternoon of January 19, nearly 400 members of the CDC family set aside their year-end hustle, hopped on planes, trains, buses—and especially dressed up—for the joyful return “Home for Tet.”

Gathering at CDC’s biggest event of 2024, everyone radiated joy, exchanging hugs and warm handshakes as colleagues from the North, Central, and South reunited under one roof. People eagerly lined up to receive calligraphy blessings from Ong Do, wishing for a smooth-sailing 2025.

Together, as one family, we looked back at CDC’s 2024 journey—marked by remarkable achievements and hard-earned milestones. Outstanding departments, projects, and individuals were honored on stage for their exceptional performance and dedication.

Once you’re home, the joy flows endlessly.

Throughout the celebration, we were swept from one surprise to another. Each “small family” (every department or project management team) shared its 2024 journey with the big family through charming, homegrown musical performances—simple yet captivating. The audience enjoyed a vibrant ride from “Sóng Giá” (Price Waves) to a tour “One Round of Vietnam”, and sang out loud the “Construction Anthem” together…

And the Lucky Draw? Absolutely thrilling—with surprising moments of laughter and delight.

Heartfelt moments were shared on stage—genuine, touching, and unforgettable.
