On the morning of December 20, on an auspicious day, in the beautiful city of Da Nang, the Investor: Dong Do Group JSC in collaboration with the General Contractor: CDC Construction JSC officially held two important events: the Signing Ceremony of the General Contractor Agreement and the Ground-breaking Ceremony for The Muse Da Nang Riverside Apartment Complex Project.

The Signing Ceremony of the General Contractor Agreement took place in a solemn atmosphere, embodying the trust, agreement, and high consensus between the two parties: the Investor: Dong Do Group JSC and the General Contractor: CDC Construction JSC in their cooperation to implement the project. On the same day, the Ground-breaking Ceremony also officially took place, with congratulations and celebrations from related units: design consultants, supervision consultants, accompanying banks, subcontractors, and equipment and material suppliers.

Speaking at the Ground-breaking Ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Truong, General Director of CDC Construction JSC, expressed his deep gratitude to the Investor for their trust, after a meticulous selection process, in approving CDC as the general contractor. He also extended sincere thanks to the units accompanying the project, believing that in the near future, with the effective participation and cooperation of all parties, the project will be successfully completed. The General Contractor representative also emphasized the commitment to mobilize full human and material resources to execute the project, ensuring criteria: safety, progress, quality, and environmental sanitation.

Riverside Apartment Complex – The Muse Da Nang is located in Nai Hien Dong Ward – Son Tra District – Da Nang City. The project consists of 2 towers with 31 floors above ground and 3 basement levels. The typical floor area is 1,550m². The total floor area is 112,000m².  The Muse Da Nang boasts four prime street frontages: Le Van Duyet, Ho Han Thuong, Nai Hung 1, and Bui Duong Lich.
