On the morning of May 13, 2020, Hanoi CDC Joint Stock Company ceremoniously commenced the “Lacasta Tower Van Phu Ha Dong” project alongside the investor. The ceremony saw the participation of representatives from the investor, the leadership of Hanoi CDC, project command members, supervisory consultants, and partners.
– The project is developed by Hibrand Vietnam LLC.
– The project consists of two towers, with Tower A being 23 stories high and Tower B being 25 stories high.
Located on Le Trong Tan Street with a 50-meter-wide cross-section, this position is considered the most prime location of the Van Phu urban area, only 70 meters from the main Quang Trung – Nguyen Trai axis. Therefore, residents can easily commute to the capital’s center via other major arteries such as Le Van Luong, extended Le Trong Tan, and Thang Long Boulevard.
