On the morning of December 21, the Investor Consortium including Xuan Loc Tho Co., Ltd. and Thong Nhat Printing and Trading Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the main contractor: CDC Construction Joint Stock Company, officially held the topping-out ceremony for Viha Complex (Viha Leciva) – 107 Nguyen Tuan. Attending the ceremony, representatives of the stakeholders expressed their joy at the successful completion of this major project milestone.

Viha Complex is a project with unique challenges and has been assessed as difficult in terms of construction execution. Therefore, reaching the topping-out milestone today also marks another occasion where CDC’s construction capacity has been demonstrated and reaffirmed. At the same time, the contractor’s reputation has remained solid. CDC has carried out the project with 100% commitment, collective determination, and strict adherence to the core construction criteria: safety, quality, and schedule.

Viha Complex has been positioned by the investor as one of the most prestigious residential projects in Thanh Xuan District. The apartment block consists of 33 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels; the adjacent low-rise block includes 5 above-ground floors and 1 basement level. The total land area is 7,342 m². Upon completion, Viha Complex will offer 468 apartment units and a premium living environment with a wide range of high-end internal amenities.
