On the morning of May 24, the investor Lac Vien Cuu Cao Co., Ltd., in cooperation with the contractor CDC Construction JSC, solemnly held the Topping-Out Ceremony for the Trust City project in Hung Yen province. The ceremony took place in a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere. For the investor, this marks the addition of another project to offer their customers. For CDC, it signifies another successful project, metaphorically “connecting the ground to the sky” through the collective efforts and intellect of all employees.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Tuan, Deputy General Director of CDC Construction JSC, extended heartfelt congratulations to the investor. He also shared: “Throughout the construction process, CDC’s leadership and project management teams have been relentless in all tasks, with the ultimate goal of completing the investor’s project ensuring safety, progress, and quality. Today, we are proud to have met those criteria and even prouder that the efforts and hard work of the contractor throughout the construction process have been embodied in the 21-story building we are witnessing here.”

The Trust City project, constructed by CDC using Gang form technology, aims to optimize construction quality. Trust City comprises 21 floors above ground and 1 basement, located in the Trust Boulevard Urban Area (Cuu Cao Commune, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province). The project, designed in Singaporean style, will provide nearly 300 apartments to the market. At this site, CDC Construction JSC is responsible for the bored piles, foundation, basement, and structural works.
