On the morning of March 26, the Investor: An Hung Urban Investment JSC, in collaboration with the main contractor: CDC Construction JSC, solemnly held the Topping Out Ceremony for The Charm apartment project. A large number of guests attended the event to celebrate with the Investor, the Contractor, and related units.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Pham Anh Son, Chairman of the Board of Directors of An Hung Urban Investment JSC, expressed his joy at the project’s topping out: “The project has gone from the drawing board to reality, thanks to the tremendous efforts of all participating units. We deeply appreciate all of this…” He also extended special thanks to the main contractor, CDC Construction JSC: “With the established reputation at The Charm, we look forward to extending the An Hung – CDC partnership in the future…”

Mr. Tran Van Truong, General Director of CDC Construction JSC, stated: “In all projects, including The Charm, CDC always performs with the highest level of responsibility. For us, keeping our promise to the Investor by completing the project with three principles: Safety – Progress – Quality, is a way of respecting our Partner and ourselves. CDC once again thanks An Hung Urban Investment JSC for their trust…”

Reflecting on the construction journey, there were critical phases where the project had more than 250 personnel on site; the management board worked day and night to ensure the progress was met…; today stands as proof of these efforts being rewarded. Congratulations to CDC in general, and the management board in particular, for completing the journey with The Charm!

The Charm An Hung is located on Nguyen Thanh Binh Street – La Khe Ward (Ha Dong). The project includes 3 basements and 2 towers with 30 floors above ground; it is designed with a variety of internal amenities, aiming to provide residents with a complete and fulfilling life.
