On the morning of May 20, at the construction site of Hinode Suite – 28A Pham Hung, CDC Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the project owner – Thang Long Construction & Investment Development Joint Stock Company – held the official topping-out ceremony. The event was attended by representatives of the investor, supervisory consultant, general contractor, partner units, and a full team of project personnel.
The topping-out ceremony marked a significant milestone in the construction process: the completion of the structural phase and the official transition into the finishing stage, moving closer to the goal of bringing the building into operation to serve future residents.
This event also served as a testament to CDC’s credibility, competence, and execution capabilities as the general contractor. From the initial raw site to the moment the roof slab was concreted, every stage of construction was carried out by CDC with discipline and a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring absolute safety and quality standards throughout the project.
