On the morning of May 22, 2025, CDC Construction Joint Stock Company officially broke ground on the construction of 233 low-rise houses at the Vlasta Thuy Nguyen project, developed by Union Success Vina Joint Stock Company (a member of Van Phu Real Estate Development JSC).

Positioned as a “Prosperity Polygon in the Heart of Thuy Nguyen,” the project is located along Road 359C, spanning across Thuy Duong and Hoa Binh communes. With a well-planned layout, modern design, and a focus on green landscapes and a nature-connected lifestyle, the project aims to build a vibrant, high-quality residential community in the heart of Thuy Nguyen’s new urban area — a strategic development zone of Hai Phong City.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Khac Thinh – Deputy General Director of CDC Construction JSC – affirmed: “As the main contractor for Phase 1, CDC is committed to delivering the project on schedule, with premium quality and absolute safety, while strictly complying with the technical standards set by the project owner and supervisory consultant.” He also emphasized: “We are not only building a solid structure, but also working hand-in-hand with the project owner to lay the foundation for a modern, cultured residential community.”

Vlasta Thuy Nguyen continues the strong and strategic partnership between CDC and Van Phu. Previously, CDC successfully executed the Vlasta Sam Son project – a key development in Thanh Hoa – contributing significantly to the success of the project and enhancing the brand value of the investor as well as the credibility of the contractor.
