On the morning of July 9, with the approval of the investor, An Hung Urban Investment JSC, CDC Construction JSC officially commenced The Charm An Hung project with a package for constructing the foundation and basement.

The ceremony was attended by representatives from the investor, design consultants, supervisory consultants, the main contractor, subcontractors, and numerous employees from the participating companies.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Tuan, Deputy General Director of CDC Construction JSC, expressed his gratitude: “CDC is honored to be trusted by the investor to undertake this critical initial phase of the project after surpassing numerous rigorous selection rounds and many major competitors. With our proven construction capabilities and established reputation over the years, CDC commits to executing the project on schedule, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental cleanliness.”

Mr. Pham Anh Son, Chairman of the Board of Directors of An Hung Urban Investment JSC, congratulated CDC, and shared his confidence that with CDC’s involvement, the project’s safety standards (a top priority for any investor) and quality assurance will be meticulously upheld, ensuring timely completion as planned.
