This morning in Yen My District, Hung Yen Province, CDC Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the project owner – Song Hong Construction, Trading & Materials Joint Stock Company – officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the High-Rise Mixed-Use Residential Complex under the Song Hong Residential and Agricultural Market Project – Song Hong Diamond City.

This is CDC’s first project in 2025, marking an exciting beginning to the year and opening the door to new opportunities and successes. The project comprises 21 above-ground floors and 1 basement, offering 255 apartment units and 4 penthouses to the market. It is expected to become a prominent highlight in the region.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Luong Duy Tan – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Song Hong Construction, Trading & Materials JSC – emphasized the importance of the project in reshaping the urban landscape and driving local development. He also expressed strong confidence in the capability and reputation of the general contractor – CDC Construction JSC – affirming that this partnership will be a solid foundation for the project’s success.
