On the morning of October 8, CDC Construction Joint Stock Company officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the project: “Investment, Business, Operation, and Construction of Thuong Cat Market.” The ceremony was solemnly organized with full participation from all relevant parties, marking an important milestone for the official commencement of the project. This was also an opportunity for all stakeholders to strengthen their cooperation and unity in order to bring collective success to the project, adding a valuable infrastructure asset to Long Bien District in particular, and the capital city of Hanoi in general.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Bang, Deputy General Director of CDC Construction JSC, expressed his gratitude to the Investor: Plastic Chemical Group Joint Stock Company for entrusting CDC with the project, and affirmed: “As the construction contractor, CDC Construction JSC commits to implementing the project on schedule, strictly ensuring all aspects of safety and quality.” Referring to CDC’s philosophy of “Going together”, he emphasized: “CDC will closely coordinate with the Investor and all involved parties, aiming for the common goal of project success.”
