Recently, the entire staff of CDC Construction Joint Stock Company, from both office and construction site divisions, enjoyed a vibrant and passionate summer getaway at Cua Lo Beach, Nghe An. This annual company retreat is part of CDC’s employee welfare program designed exclusively for its workforce. Together, CDC members engaged in a wide range of shared activities: a visit to President Ho Chi Minh’s hometown – Sen Village, an exciting trip to VinWonders Cua Hoi, dynamic teambuilding sessions, and a memorable gala dinner. These moments not only brought everyone closer but also significantly strengthened team spirit.
During the gala dinner, Ms. Dang Thanh Trang, General Director of CDC, shared: “This is one of only two occasions each year when the CDC family can gather in full. Through this summer event, the Board of Directors aims to offer our staff a mid-year break to recharge and gear up for the journey ahead.”
Furthermore, the General Director emphasized the importance of collective unity: “The development of CDC to where it is today has been made possible by our internal strength – a strength rooted in the unity of our more than 400 team members. A single spark may shine on its own, but millions of sparks together can light up the sky.”
