This morning, on December 14, 2020, the developer – Urban Development and Construction Company 379, together with the contractor – Hanoi CDC Joint Stock Company, solemnly held the topping-out ceremony for the Athena Complex Phap Van project.
The Athena Complex Phap Van continues to be a successful construction endeavor by Hanoi CDC. Featuring 27 floors above ground and 2 basement levels, the Athena Complex Phap Van promises to bring a modern, clean, and fully-equipped living space to the southern area of the capital city of Hanoi upon its completion.
