On the afternoon of April 24, at the National Convention Center, Vietnam Report JSC, in coordination with Vietnamnet, solemnly held the 2024 FAST 500 announcement ceremony. This large-scale event is organized annually by VNR – Vietnamnet to honor businesses with stable and outstanding business results, significantly contributing to the overall development of Vietnam’s economy.
The ranking results by VNR are conducted objectively, based on the evaluation of the revenue growth rate (CAGR) over the past four consecutive years, along with criteria demonstrating business efficiency: total assets, profit, capital efficiency, and asset efficiency.
2024 marks the third consecutive year that CDC Construction JSC has been honored simultaneously in both rankings: the Top 500 Fastest Growing Enterprises in Vietnam – FAST 500, and the Top 50 Best Growth Enterprises in Vietnam – Top 50 Vietnam Best Growth. Specifically, CDC has been in the leading positions of the FAST 500 for five consecutive years.
From 2020 to 2023, the economy in general, and especially the real estate – construction sector, faced continuous difficulties. Nevertheless, with rapid adaptability, optimal business development strategies, the collective effort, and the commitment and support of Partners and Customers, CDC has maintained its market position. In this year’s FAST 500 ranking, in the construction sector alone, CDC ranks 11th among the fastest-growing contractors.
