On the afternoon of April 22, 2022, at the National Convention Center, CDC Construction Joint Stock Company was honored in two major categories at the FAST500 ceremony—Top 500 Fastest Growing Enterprises in Vietnam 2022—organized by Vietnam Report in collaboration with Vietnamnet. The ceremony recognized and celebrated CDC’s inclusion in both the FAST500 and the Top 50 Vietnam Best Growth 2022 (Top 50 Outstanding Growth Enterprises in Vietnam 2022).

This recognition is the result of independent and objective research and evaluation conducted according to international standards by Vietnam Report. According to the agency, the FAST 500 and Top 50 Vietnam Best Growth rankings aim to acknowledge and honor enterprises that have the fastest revenue growth, efficient and stable business operations, and comply well with state laws and policies.
Mr. Tran Van Truong, General Director of CDC Construction JSC, received the certificates at the ceremony. He noted, “CDC is honored not only to be recognized for the structures we are currently constructing across the country but also for achieving a place in both prestigious rankings by VNR. This serves as a motivation for us to strive even harder in the coming years. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic in 2021, CDC managed to maintain steady growth, ensuring the well-being of over 500 of our staff and employees…”
CDC in 2022: FAST500, Top 50, and Beyond…
CDC Construction JSC primarily operates in the field of civil housing construction. Currently, the company is involved in several projects across the country, such as Mipec Vinh Heritage, Hibrand Van Phu, and Binh Minh Garden. Recently, in early April 2022, CDC commenced the Calla Apartment Quy Nhon high-rise commercial residential project in Binh Dinh Province. In mid-April 2022, CDC was awarded a new project in Thanh Hoa by CGM Investment and Construction JSC (a subsidiary of Van Phu – Invest), with the contract valued at nearly 500 billion VND.
The company representative stated, “CDC is committed to ensuring the best quality for our constructions in all aspects: progress, quality, and safety. Moreover, we strictly adhere to environmental protection regulations during project construction.”
In terms of financial capacity, despite facing several challenges due to the pandemic, which somewhat affected construction activities, the company’s financial reports indicate stable revenue and profit growth over the last three years. From 2019-2021, CDC’s annual revenue growth was steady, ranging from 25-30%. The CDC management has set a revenue target of 2,500 billion VND for 2022.
Recently, in discussions among experts on the pillars of sustainable business growth during and after the pandemic, digital transformation has been identified as a key pillar. Recognizing this early, CDC has been integrating digital transformation into its management and operations since 2019, leading to many promising results.
In 2022, determined to achieve many significant goals, CDC has prepared all necessary resources. Recently, the company inaugurated its Southern representative office, paving the way for conquering this active construction market.
