On the morning of May 12th, CDC Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with project developer BID Group, solemnly held a topping-off ceremony for the BID Residence project at 104 Van Khe. The event was attended by representatives from the project developer, BID Group, the main contractor, CDC Construction JSC, along with related units, resident representatives, and numerous customers who came to experience and tour the model apartment.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Truong, General Director of CDC Construction JSC, expressed pride in being part of the journey with BID Group to “revive” the BID Residence project. He emphasized, “Constructing a 50-story building is no simple task; it requires high technical skills and strong construction capabilities. With a reputation confirmed over more than 11 years, we have once again proven this at this project.”

Thus, CDC once more adds to its portfolio a significant construction: BID Residence. The project consists of two 50-story towers (topped off this morning, May 12th) and one 34-story tower (previously topped off). BID Residence boasts a prime location right in the center of West Hanoi’s transit axis, directly connecting with the modern BRT public transport system and the elevated railway…

During the construction of BID Residence (104 Van Khe), the period also saw Hanoi repeatedly affected by complicated Covid-19 outbreaks. However, with resilience and the ability to adapt quickly to any situation, the team of engineers, staff, and workers from the 104 Van Khe Construction Command managed to complete the project on schedule.
