40,250,000 CCC SHARES OFFICIALLY LISTED ON HOSE

On the morning of April 21, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) held a ceremony to present the listing decision and celebrate the first trading day of 40,250,000 shares of CDC Construction Joint Stock Company (Ticker symbol: CCC). The ceremony took place in a formal atmosphere with the participation of HOSE leadership, CDC Board of Directors, consulting units, as well as numerous clients and partners of CDC.

The reference price for CDC shares on the first trading day on HOSE was VND 18,300 per share, with a price fluctuation band of ±20%. By the end of the session, CDC shares hit the ceiling with a 20% increase, while the VN-Index fell by nearly 1%. The trading volume reached 247,300 shares, reflecting strong investor interest in CDC – a construction company with a clear development strategy and solid financial foundation.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ngo Tan Long – Chairman of the Board of Directors – stated:
“The listing on HOSE marks a major milestone in the development journey of CDC Construction JSC. It not only affirms our credibility and elevates our market position, but also motivates CDC to strengthen governance, enhance transparency, expand operations, and unlock new strategic partnerships. Aiming for sustainable growth, CDC is committed to creating greater value for shareholders and partners, contributing to the overall progress of the construction sector, and advancing with the nation in this ‘era of national resurgence’.”

Sharing the post-listing strategy, Mr. Tran Van Truong – Vice Chairman of the Board – affirmed:
“We do not pursue revenue at all costs. In a market full of challenges, managing cash flow and choosing to collaborate with reputable investors are our top priorities.”

For the 2024–2025 fiscal year, CDC reported post-tax profit of nearly VND 42.3 billion, a 46% increase. The company maintained stable profit margins through effective control of fixed costs, improved construction efficiency, and optimal resource allocation. CDC also boasts a healthier capital structure compared to many peers in the industry
